Adams Thermal Foundation was invited to the witness the last day of Vacation Bible School (VBS) at The Alliance Church in Groton, SD in July of 2019. All week, the children attending VBS had been watching videos about the Adams Thermal Academies in Ethiopia. Their church was decorated to look like the African bush and they displayed African artwork on tables. One of the highlights of every day was to track their progress in giving so that they could achieve their goal of providing one child at the Adams Thermal Academies with sponsorship for one year. On the last night of VBS, all the children screamed and cheered as the pastor announced that the offering had exceeded their goal and that the children had made it possible for one of our students to be sponsored for 2 and a half years. What a blessing it was to see and hear the children's enthusiasm for giving to another child in a far-away land.
