MKA in Amharic stands for Mawtat Kristos Agelgelot (official language of Ethiopia) ማብቃት ለክርስቶስ አገልግሎት which translated means "Equipping for Christ’s Ministry".

Vision for the Unreached - We envision MKA sending out Christ-followers to proclaim truth and disciple those who do not have access to the Gospel. The ministry will work strategically to deliver a Biblical message of forgiveness and salvation by grace through Jesus Christ to those who are geographically or culturally isolated from the Good News (Romans 10:14-15, Matthew 28:16-20, Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8).

Vision for Pastors - We envision MKA training, maturing and equipping pastors and ministry leaders to perform outreach for the sake of the Gospel and for the glory of the God’s Kingdom. MKA will prepare pastors and ministry leaders as those who must give an account and administer the Scriptures with boldness and clarity according to 2 Timothy 3:16, Ephesians 4:12, 1 Timothy 4:11- 15, 2 Timothy 2:15; 3:16-17. Vision for Churches - We envision MKA connecting clergy and evangelical congregations in other nations to opportunities for missions and mentoring in and through Ethiopia. For Christian churches that seek to fulfill the responsibilities of The Great Commission according to Matthew 28:19-20, MKA will administer opportunities for pastors, church leaders and Christ-followers to “go and make disciples” (Mark 16:15-20, John 20: 21, Acts 1:8, 13:1-3).
