RJ and Teresa Devick of Bond & Devick Wealth Partners have been a source of inspiration and support for Adams Thermal Academies from the start. Early in our history, when nobody else knew about the commitment that Mike and Kim Adams made to keep the schools in Hosanna and Ottoro open, RJ and Teresa were strong advocates and faithful supporters of Adams Thermal Foundation. After adopting from Ethiopia, RJ and Teresa engaged in many charitable causes on behalf of Ethiopia, one of which was the schools. Since Adams Thermal Foundation was launched in 2013, RJ and Teresa and the staff at Bond & Devick have helped with a number of projects including the acquisition of a brand-new truck to deliver food to Ottoro and the equipping of science laboratories at the new Hosanna High School. Bond & Devick staff, along with the help of friends, Ken and Mary Helvey of Maple Grove, MN, also held the first-ever Ugly Christmas Sweater event to promote Child Sponsorship at the schools. Every charitable organization needs supporters and volunteers. But RJ and Teresa have been true friends and we are so grateful for their passion and partnership in Ethiopia!
