We are thrilled to celebrate a very special new member of our Ottoro team — our new school nurse, Selamnesh Debebe!

Every new hire is a gift to our schools, but this one is truly extraordinary. Selamnesh was once a student at Adams Thermal Academy–Ottoro, spending eight formative years in our classrooms. Today, she returns as a recent nursing graduate, ready to provide compassionate physical and emotional care for the next generation of students.

Her words say it best:
“The strong educational foundation we as students received enabled us to be competent and successful in various places after our studies.”

“My experience at Ottoro was very positive and formative. The school provided qualified teachers and all the necessary academic personnel to support me.”

What a powerful reminder of the long-lasting impact of education—and of the joy in seeing our students go on to serve their communities, with some even returning to invest back into the very school that shaped them.

Welcome home, Selamnesh. You are an incredible addition to our team, and your story is a beautiful reminder of how God continues to work through Adams Thermal Academies to raise up leaders who serve with compassion and purpose.
