Exciting progress in Ottoro! 

The Teacher Housing Project is moving full steam ahead — walls are going up, and the vision is becoming reality right before our eyes! 

This new housing will be complete and ready for the school year beginning in late September — a true answer to prayer. For our dedicated teachers, this will be more than just a place to live. It will be a space to find rest, build community, and feel truly supported in the incredible work they do each day.

With this project completed, we’ll also be able to retain more of the amazing teachers who serve at Ottoro — saving them from long, difficult commutes and allowing them to stay closer to the school and community they love. 

We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership with Hillcrest Church, whose generosity and shared vision have made this possible. Trusting in God, we’re building a future that will help transform Ethiopia — one teacher, one student, and one community at a time.

Please continue to pray for the construction team, the teachers who will call this place home, and the impact this will have on the Ottoro community.
