What if you were the first person in your family to go to school and earn a degree? That describes every member of the first-ever graduating class from Adams Thermal Academy Ottoro! DAY 4 - One more "mountain top experience" this week - Ottoro High School graduation ! FIRST GRADUATION EVER IN OTTORO ! How can I tell the stories of these students ? For decades, their parents have prayed on their knees. When we arrived 9 years ago, they were expecting us as a result of all those years of prayer, and greeted us with so much love and joy, praising the Lord. Any of our supporters who have traveled with us to Ottoro understand the "Ottoro Welcome" experience.

 

With the support of so many that God called, we were able to bring water to the community. Then a lunch program to meet the needs of malnourished students, followed by building projects and economic development. And now a graduation to break the cycle of poverty in Jesus name. Congratulation to the Adams Thermal Academy Ottoro class of 2022 ! We are so proud of you. You are our HOPE, the HOPE for Ethiopia, and the HOPE for the World.

I the Lord will answer them . . . the hand of the Lord has done this" Praise the Lord!
