Although delayed for a couple of weeks due to inclement weather, the 6th Annual Adams Thermal Foundation Scramble for Ethiopia brought a morning of sunshine and golf with friends. Laughter echoed as players enjoyed Hidden Valley Golf Course in Brandon, SD. After the round, a grilled lunch was provided while meaningful personal stories of lives changed were shared.
Yes! Students' lives are being changed in Ethiopia as the foundation provides real hope by offering education, clothing, food, and medical care to at-risk children. In addition, lives are being changed here as supporters engage in the mission of the foundation through child sponsorship. Some have made the trip to Ethiopia to meet their students and help in the work of the foundation.
Through this golf event, almost $30,000 was raised to continue to change the lives of the most vulnerable children in Ethiopia.
